Description

Fond du Lac Cold Storage is looking for a passionate, self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to impact and support our growing business. Reporting to our President & CEO, the BDR will play a critical role in our growth and market expansion. The BDR will research and strategically target prospective customers within the wine and food & beverage industries. The ideal candidate must be a fast learner and eager to hit immediate sales targets as well as prepare for and grow into a larger role.

Key responsibilities include:
• Work side-by-side with leadership to develop campaigns with the goal of increasing sales qualified leads, prospect engagement and inbound conversions.
• Source pipeline via direct outreach (phone and email) based on our prospect database and your own research.
• Ensure timely follow up on website/marketing inbound leads. Generate meetings for President through the response to and qualification of inbound inquiries.
• Improve the effectiveness of FDL inbound qualification efforts. Further hone and articulate FDL value propositions to prospects.
• Consistently achieve quotas to ensure lead and opportunity objectives are met.
• Launch/enhance CRM database by adding and updating account and contact information.
• Responsible for tracking return on investment for initiatives while providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership.

To qualify, candidates must have:
• 1-2 years B2B marketing experience required.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related major required.
• 1-2 years of experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools Including Marketo, MailChimp, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce etc.
