Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee and supervise a team of retail sales associates
- Train and onboard new employees, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory levels and schedules
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve any issues or complaints
- Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer base
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
