Skurnik Wines & Spirits is seeking a hospitality minded Customer Service Supervisor for our growing wholesale distribution business in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves in the finest selection of fine wines and spirits, and the best service and hospitality in the business, with growing sales and events teams. Based in Manhattan, our Customer Service Team, affectionately called Skurnik University, handles onboarding and training of new hires, operations management of order board systems and procedures, warehouse delivery, account support, sales representative support and working interdepartmentally to improve communication and service. Our company is growing, with new sales representatives, suppliers, markets and industry segments. Most of our hires begin their Skurnik career in “Skurnik University” and we are looking for a proactive supervisor to lead our service initiatives.

The Supervisor will work closely with our Customer Service Manager and Director of Sales Operations to lead a team of 6 Sales Support Specialists, and assist in training, sales team support, account management and developing systems and procedures to always improve service.

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, interpersonal relationships, MS Office proficiency, and are detail-oriented, solution focused and have direct supervisory experience.
