Sales Support & Order Manager
We are recruiting for a full-time sales-support position focused on order management and office operations. The Sales Support & Order Manager’s primary goal is to work with the office team to fulfill orders and in day-to-day office operations with a focus on world-class customer service. The ideal candidate exhibits a dedication to customer service, the ability to multitask and rapidly switch focus, and exceptionally high attention to detail.

- Oversee the order board in ensuring that orders are fulfilled swiftly and accurately while office tasks are completed promptly
- Facilitate communication between the office and sales teams
- Fulfill and anticipate customer requests and needs such as distributing marketing materials, providing actionable information, and supporting logistical needs
- Provide the sales team with timely and accurate actionable information such as pricing, product flow, and inventory availability

Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant or wine and spirits retail
- 2+ years of experience managing a team, preferably in restaurant or wine retail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with office productivity software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish or French is preferred but not required

Salary to be determined based on experience, qualifications, and interview. Health insurance and vacation benefits are available after a three-month probationary period and performance review. IRA and additional vacation benefits after one year of employment.

The role of Sales Support & Order Manager does require an in-person presence in our Chapel Hill, North Carolina office, and therefore cannot be done remotely.
