About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ≈to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure regulation compliance, and provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while contributing to our mission of excellence and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, conducting audits as necessary.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including variance analyses and financial summaries.
Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a consulting or staffing environment.
Strong accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance knowledge.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
