Volio, an importer of fine wine from Italy, Spain, and France, has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the marketing & sales teams by updating/creating marketing materials, presentations, booklets, sales documents, and website content.
Developing and proposing creative solutions for our marketing materials.
Creative development and quality control for our print materials that go into retail stores.
Creating proposals for Volio branded materials that will be produced and used as sales support.
Organizing, purchasing, and tracking branded merchandise.
Coordinating the shipping of Volio materials, care packages, and gifts to our customers.
Email marketing – creating email campaigns to send via our CRM.
Event planning – coordinating wine samples, merchandise shipments, & forms/documents for events.
Support marketing reporting needs – creating reports for suppliers, gathering information from the team, tracking budgets.
Sales support – assisting sales team with marketing materials, including but not limited to print production management, catalogue of available merchandise, and retail point of sale materials.

Skills and abilities:
2-5 years of marketing experience (can be a combination of education and/or experience).
Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud experience required.
Beneficial but not required: Google Workspace, FedEx shipping portal, Canva, Infusionsoft (or similar eCRM).
Experience in the wine, liquor, or hospitality industry beneficial but not required.
Team-oriented individual who is comfortable working on a small team and wearing multiple hats.

The role is in hybrid remote in Denver, Colorado. Opportunity for fully remote can be discussed.
Full-Time role
Annual salary range: $55-65k. Compensation based on experience.
