An established Nantucket wine & liquor store is looking for full-time sales and stock associates to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to get a ‘foot in the door’ of the wine business and/or to add additional layers of knowledge to your growing career. The candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious and eager to be part of a team.This job requires both front-facing customer service and sales as well as back-of-house organization, stocking and general upkeep. The ideal candidate is a team-player who enjoys interacting with customers and is eager to learn about our products. We like to promote from within so there are growth opportunities for the motivated, detail oriented person with strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
-Welcome customers and provide the highest level of service
-Recommend products to customers based on their needs
-Complete all POS sales transactions accurately and efficiently
-Maintain clean store
-Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
-Lift 40lb throughout shift
-Available nights and weekends
