An established Nantucket wine store is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess retail experience, a customer-focused attitude, strong leadership skills and a passion for the wine and spirits industry. The assistant manager will work alongside the General Manager and Owner on a daily basis. This position will be responsible for supporting the GM and Owner in all front-end aspects of the business including product intake, oversight, training and customer service. This is a year-round position.

Requirements
-The ideal candidate will have these qualifications:
-Highly motivated, detail oriented and a strong work ethic
-POS experience
-Clear and effective communication skills
-Consistent professional demeanor and appearance
-Experience fostering a positive and supportive team environment
-Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
-Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs throughout an 8-10 hour shift
-21 years of age or older
