The Position
Spirited Hive is seeking a Full-time Sales Representative to help introduce our all-natural, honey-sweetened, canned cocktails to Nashville. Candidates should be charismatic, sales-driven, and must love honey!

At Spirited Hive, we’ve been busy, infusing and imbibing one delicious honey-based cocktail after the next. Artfully crafting the perfect flavors that complement our favorite spirits. I know, not a bad job, right? We’ve become aficionados discerning what goes best with real spirits. A bite of ginger here, a splash of lime there, a dash of honey for a touch of sweetness—each one crafted to meet the tastes of our nearest-dearest friends. Our Hive if you will. Hence our name—Spirited Hive. All-natural, ready-to-drink cocktails are made for friends who are ready to drink.

Now we’re looking for a skilled Sales Representative who shares our passion for bringing people together. Someone able to create new customer relationships, grow existing ones, and ensure that everyone has a can to raise.

Job overview:
Our vision is to be the most flavorful and sought-after canned cocktail brand in the world and we’re starting with Nashville, TN. That’s where you come in. You’re a highly motivated, persuasive seller who can sweeten the demeanor of the most skeptical enthusiasts with our Honey Infused Cocktails. You will be the Spirited Hive brand handshake at bars, restaurants and at retail shops. You’ll help grow the “Hive” so to speak, by building relationships, expanding our portfolio, and ensuring our cocktails are always available, visible, and recommended.

Lead and Be Responsible for:
Experience Maintaining communication and relationships with assigned customers while growing our base of customers
Help identify new markets and business opportunities by working with key distributor reps and managers
Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to improve sales efforts.
Manage floor, shelf, and cold box execution within retail shops
Win in “the night” by selling in menu placements, drink features, and merchandising execution in key On-Premise accounts
Assist with promotional merchandising in key locations.
Help plan & execute product launches within the market,
Has a knack for creating the right promotions and setting up tastings and events. Must be able to manage all details from beginning to end.
Create a monthly market report that encompasses market insights, trends, and real-time feedback.
Be the face of Spirited Hive wherever you go, whether it’s a night out with friends or meeting a potential new customer. You’re more than a Sales Representative, you’re an ambassador for the brand!

Provide occasional content and feedback on digital media strategy
We can’t stress this enough, we need an Energetic and Personable Individual who is looking to take on this entrepreneurial role and make it your own.
Be a part of our Hive - Mandatory attendance is needed to assist with our events/ games - We have a contract with NSC and other sporting arenas to follow. You will be the face of Spirited Hive. Are you ready?

Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and own transportation.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred previous sales experience in the spirits/alcohol beverage industry. (min 2 years)
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
Willingness & Ability to travel as required (average 40%)
Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor's permit in any state
The candidate must reside in or near the territory
Experience building customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory
Strong Local connections to the market is preferred
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) & learning new sales software
Strong planning & organizational skills
Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
Compensation:
The role comes with a base salary (based on experience level), plus commission (% based on sales), monthly incentives, and quarterly bonuses. And we’ll add in a few good perks!
