OBJECTIVE- Assist Sales and Brand Management in sales analytics and administration.
Responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support to our sales and brand management teams, including creating ad-hoc reports, assist with pricing and sales administration. You will be part of a team that is involved in continuously improving operational processes internally and that count on you to provide accurate and timely analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analytics & Sales Administration:
Run Ad Hoc Reporting: data pull from various sources, aggregation, presentation and communication.
Generate reports and update the team on recurrent activities and programs.
Develop reports for new Supplier onboarding: account mapping, distribution analysis.
Participate in key operational process improvement project
Brand Management support
Pricing and price filing
Allocation management in lockstep with Brand Management: set-up, communication and tracking
Office / Admin:
Be the point person for incoming calls and emails, responsible for incoming and outgoing office correspondence.
Coordination with A/R (checks etc.)
