In 2022 we're strengthening how we match our wonderful Australian wineries' sales ambitions in the United States with our own sales priorities and processes. And we need your help. If you're highly detail oriented, a clear thinker, good with teasing out trends when looking at numbers on a spreadsheet, like to talk to friendly people, have ambition, and seek to be better every day, then join us.
We are a niche importer, 100% focused on importing exciting Australian wines and selling them across the United States. This role is part time with potential growth into full time. Hours are somewhat flexible, as long as they overlap some time between 10am - 4pm EST. While partially in-person is preferred, for the right person the role can be remote (ie, outside of New York City).
We're a small company with flat management structure and little bureaucracy. You will work directly with everybody on our team, as well as our 20+ Australian wineries. This role will give you full understanding and experience of the import and distribution process - the strategy as well as the operations - with the ability to make decisions and be held accountable to them. Must be able to work independently toward mutually agreed goals.
You should be capable at using MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Quickbooks and graphic editing software (ie, Photoshop) preferred but not required. We value independent thought and a will to action. If this is you, come join us.
