Day Warehouse | Driver responsibilities
Non-Exempt Position, Union Shop
Shift Hours May Vary Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with flexibility to work additional
overtime daily and on Saturdays as required.
Driver shifts assigned as needed requires completion of run generally a 10-hour shift.
Position reports to: Operations Manager

Position summary
• Perform day-to-day requirements as set by Operations management to ensure efficient
process in relation to other warehouse shifts.
• Load cases of merchandise (bottles of liquor) to trucks with equipment or by hand as required in
efficient time.
• Cleaning and sweeping of warehouse, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
When Driving:
• Loads product and confirms proper items and quantities to customer invoice(s)
• Performs other duties as assigned related to the requirements of the job

Requirements & Attributes
• Must pass drug screening and will be subject to random drug screening.
• Must have a CDL B permit
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds at a time, continuously, and greater than 75 pounds occasionally
throughout shift.
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull.
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time.
• Tolerate hot or cold weather conditions.
• Handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to understand warehousing process of locations by size, product, and brand.
• Must have average math skills and possess good communication skills.
• All employees are required to complete required OSHA training.

Any person hired will be required to become a member of Teamster Union and remain a member in
good standing for the length of their employment.

Must complete 120 work-day probationary period.
Pay and Benefits
• Starting pay $18.00 / hour for first 120 work days
• Day 121 - $22.90 / hour
