One Eight Distilling is looking for enthusiastic Tasting Room Bartenders and Servers to provide and support an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks per One Eight Distilling spec and standards. Our bar staff plays a critical role in the guest experience and presentation of our spirits. Emphasis on service and attention to detail is very important in this position. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare cocktails or non-alcoholic beverages per our menu, spec, and standards for Tasting room bar and patio guests.
* Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
* Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
* Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, some pre and post-shift bar preparation may be required
* Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
* Comply with all food and beverage safety regulations

Skills:
* Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
* Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, and proper glassware
* Computer literacy
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
* Must be able to stand for an extended period of time. To lift, move, carry, push 50lbs.
