About the Role
The Key Account Manager in New York is responsible for driving the advocacy & sales programs and initiatives of the Casa Lumbre Portfolio in on & off premise accounts. In this hybrid role, the KAM will enhance our market visibility by growing & developing key customer relationships. We are looking to promote a strong trade & customer following within bars, restaurants, & our independent retailers. This position will be responsible for managing customer relationships as well as activating our brands within the general market while collaborating with the greater team.

Drive performance by achieving quarterly & monthly KPIs

Monitor the industry & competitive activity to keep our brands at the forefront of developments
Implement turnkey programming in a defined list of Key Accounts
Develop trade & customer-facing activations in key on & off premise accounts
Conduct brand trainings & customer tastings
Work with multiple commercial sales teams within our distributor partnership network
Be a team player.

Is this you?

Experience in the CPG industry (alcohol industry preferred)
Already established customer relationships in defined territory
Highly organized individual with proficient time-management skills. You will spend most of your time in the field but also behind the computer (expenses, trackers, recaps, presentations, etc.)
Energetic with a spirit to grow, learn, develop, & repeat. THINK BIG.
Able to make adjustments & adapt to change quickly
Manage budget
Able to communicate to a multitude of audiences.
Passion for building relationships with customers & trade as you will be the face of our brands.
Someone who will prioritize & practice the culture of Casa Lumbre with our customers & trade. We put people first, always.
Microsoft Office Suite preferred… like Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Not as good as a TED talk but close.

Bachelors degree preferred
3-5 years experience in relevant marketing or sales capacity
Travel: this position may require local/regional travel
