The ideal candidate will have wine related experience and a working knowledge of all the major wine regions/benchmark producers. Candidates with previous wine retail experience are preferred. The candidate will be responsible for shop-keeping, merchandising, editing/uploading bottle pictures to website, tasting/event execution, opening/closing duties, local delivery fulfillment and must be willing to lift and move up to 40lbs of weight at a time throughout the business day. The candidate will also assist in selling wine on the floor, over the phone and via email. The candidate will be required to learn sophisticated POS and inventory management systems. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are a must. Integrity and personal pride are paramount.
