Who We Are Looking For:
A brand manager to lead our marketing effort. You will work directly with the founder, design director and outside agencies, as well as assisting the hospitality manager, DTC growth director, brand ambassadors, and outside sales teams.

Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development of brand strategy and communication.
• Ensure that communication is consistent across teams/channels.
• Work with outside agencies and internal team to execute and brainstorm experiential brand activations and events, community events, curated brand events, festivals, happy hours, and on/off-premise tastings.
• Work with agencies or internal teams on social media initiatives & messaging, DTC emails and other forms of customer communications, website development/updates, on site hospitality, trade and consumer communications needed by the brand ambassadors & distributors.
• Develop and execute consumer and trade marketing programs to drive growth and build brand equity including educational programs and competitions.
• Oversee P.R. efforts and other online marketing opportunities to promote business growth.
• Regularly monitor brand metrics (sales numbers, depletions, velocity, channel mix) and prepare monthly executive summary of overall business performance trends, programming, P&L and key strategic and tactical issues.
• Partner with the growth manager and designer to develop brand partnerships and materials.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for the US market; develop relationships with the bartending community; gatekeepers and local market influencers. Be a brand champion and brand market expert.
• Support communication of brand strategies and product information to internal stakeholders, such as sales, distributors, importers, and customers.
• Manage marketing budget.
• Regularly stay up-to-date on market research.
Qualifications Desired:
• 3+ years of similar marketing experience.
• Expert in development of comprehensive, disruptive marketing plans across all marketing levers.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills, with experience writing copy across multiple mediums.
• Ability to contribute diverse thinking to the company.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to keep others inspired and excited.
