We are a retail wine shop looking to fill a Stock/Receiving position. This person must be motivated, organized, reliable, and have a great attitude.
General Responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries of wines, beers, and spirits; up to 200 cases a day
- Help with pricing and displaying new product
- Restock products on sales floor as directed by Manager
- Maintain organization of back stock and sales floor
- Utilize company van for local deliveries and transferring product to/from warehouse
- Assist Shipping Department with preparation and packing of all items to ship the next day by 2 pm.
- Assist store personnel in taking and processing phone orders
- Double check all orders pulled from sales floor and storage for accuracy before shipping and pick up.
- Carry customer purchases to their cars and assist customers on sales floor as needed

Qualifications:
- Must be able to carry a case of wine (~50 lbs) several times a day; previous use of a hand dolly a plus
- Basic computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, web browsers and email applications
- Basic Math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently
- Team player who maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexible work schedule; dependable and on time
- Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits a big plus!
