Double Chicken Please is a restaurant and cocktail bar located at 115 Allen Street in the Lower East Side. Just like the name, Double Chicken Please offers two different hospitality experiences in one space. The front bar serves up inventive cocktails on tap and the now famous chicken sandwiches in a casual, industrial environment. The back bar, decked out in mid-century modern decor and lighting, boasts a fine dining menu and a rotating list of contemporary and classic cocktails.

Double Chicken Please is the first venture from Taiwanese cocktail masters Faye Chen and GN Chan, whose bar shaking experience includes Shanghai’s acclaimed Speak Low and New York’s very own Angel’s Share. The kitchen is led by Mark Chou, formerly of Blue Hill, Le Bernardin and Eleven Madison Park.

Our backgrounds are established in fine dining restaurants and high-end cocktail bars from around the world. We are seeking a motivated team member with a strong willingness to learn and grow as part of an intimate, new crew. Our goal is to hire all employees on a full-time basis, and we train our Front of House positions to learn multiple roles (i.e. runner, server, host, bar back). We believe a full-time, well-rounded, and skillfully agile team is pivotal in working more efficiently together on the floor and providing a better hospitality experience for our guests.
