The Savory Grape is growing! We seek great client service-oriented people who have a passion for wine, beer and spirits to work in a great environment and to provide the best client experience.
The Savory Grape provides clients with a unique retail wine, craft beer and spirit experience and helps clients develop and expand their knowledge and palate through education and tastings. We are hiring for the following positions:
• Client Service - FT/PT; Outside of client service, this position focuses on helping managers to maintain operations at the front desk accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate already understands how to deliver client satisfaction and inventory accuracy, has a warm and welcoming demeanor, is able to work in a group setting and has an acute attention to detail. Duties include, but are not limited to: accurately tendering transactions at the register; taking and fulfilling client orders and requests in-store, via email and phone; in-store sign production; inventory control; providing recommendations and answering questions about wine, beer and spirits.
This positions require: • Availability to work variable schedules to include nights, weekends and holiday weekends. • Ability to function in a fast paced environment with the ability to lift up to 45lbs with frequent bending, lifting and long periods of time standing and/or walking. • Experience in delivering meaningful client service. • Be 21+ years old. • Professional appearance and behavior. • Professional experience working with and/or selling wine, beer and spirits.
