Description

We are looking for passionate, outgoing and experienced bartenders to join our front of house team at The Pheasant.
Full-time year round candidates preferred, but are willing to consider part-time seasonal candidates as well.

Candidates should possess a strong interest in and knowledge of spirits, craft cocktails, beer, and wine as well as an overall passion for service and hospitality. The ability to quickly retain new information and adapt to frequent menu changes is a must.

Ideal applicants have:

  • 2 years of experience working in fine dining/casual fine dining restaurants
  • Experience with craft cocktail creation and a wide variety of spirits beyond the major brands
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude
  • Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
  • Possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude
  • The ability to multitask and work well in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
  • Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
  • A good understanding of wine, beer, cocktails and current culinary trends.
  • The ability to provide personal, professional & knowledgeable service.

The Pheasant is a New American farm-to-table restaurant set inside an iconic 250 year old farmhouse on historic Old Kings Highway in Dennis Village on Cape Cod.
