Description

The Portfolio Manager position is a critical role within our sales team focused on establishing long term relationships with existing clients. It is part sales & part account management. The goal of this position is to provide existing clients with a main point of contact to learn more about our wine offerings (upsells), updates on the wine market, and deep dives regarding their portfolio.

What you will be doing:

Conduct onboarding calls with new Premium ($50k+) & Grand Cru (250k+) clients, detailing investing process & timeline.

Record detailed notes during onboarding call & relay pertinent information to the wine trader team by inputting them in our internal CRM.

In conjunction with the wine trader team, review curated wine offerings (upsells) and present them to both standard & premium/grand cru clients.

After getting confirmed sales for curated wine offerings, accurately record sales in internal CRM for the wine trader team to allocate the wines.

Constantly look to grow revenue by reviewing our clients holdings and identifying accounts that have a high percentage chance of adding additional funds (clients posting good returns, clients without a personal touch point).

Give industry updates to clients utilizing internal information/research in addition to your own research using company market data and other tools.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to build rapport and increase client retention.

Organize and conduct informational seminars on wine offerings, product updates, & market updates.
