Description

We are seeking an experienced distilled spirits sales representative to join our team in growing brands associated to Cultured Spirits. The Sales Representative is responsible for accelerating and scaling the growth of imported Latin American spirit brands within a targeted territory. A high emphasis is placed on increasing brand awareness through strategic product placement, display execution, and brand building programming and visibility activities. This role will build strong relationships with both the account partners, and distributor personnel to ensure market goals are met.

Work Location:

Remotely in multiple locations (N. CA, S. CA, CO, FL, NY, WY)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key on- and off- premise retail accounts within assigned area.

  • Assume lead role in implementing key company initiatives with on- and off- premise retail accounts within assigned area.

  • Creates the "WOW" experience for consumers, demonstrating a high degree of salesmanship and brand storytelling.

  • Personifies our company's core values and serves as a brand and category expert.

  • Ensure that quality, brand, and marketing standards are clearly understood by retailers & distributors to communicate to consumers.

  • Identify opportunities for and secure new or expanded distribution; recapture lost sales, incremental volume increases, and other business insights.

  • Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are sometimes necessary.

  • Manage the planning of sales and marketing of retailer events.

  • Monitor sales volume goals for wholesalers within defined market.

  • Conduct in-person or virtual product tastings with on- and off- premise retail accounts.

  • Experience in identifying and executing events, festivals, tastings, and promotions.

Part-Time Flexible (OR) Work your own hours

Compensation:

Monthly retainer plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age for alcohol (Required)

Valid driver's license, clean driving record/background check (Required)

Sales experience 2 years (Preferred)

Beverage Alcohol experience (Preferred)

Spanish Speaking (Preferred)

Must be flexible to work nights/weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry a 45+ pound case of product on an occasional basis.
