The Role
The Account Sales Manager for Florida is responsible for growing the on- and off-premise retail account base for TBS largest strategic brands. This job operates in a multi-site location, including, on-premise visits with accounts and other meetings and events.

This role offers a career track promotion for high performing candidates in a 1-3 year window.

Key responsibilities in the Account Sales Manager role include:
-Personally obtain placements in on- and off-premise accounts throughout the state of Florida.
-Manage relationships with TBS brands’ largest existing on-premise accounts.
-Manage and build relationships with larger multi-outlet regional chain accounts.
-Manage day to day relationship with key wholesalers (RNDC, SGWS, Breakthru, Cavalier).
-Work with Central Region Director to analyze market activity, develop target account lists, and manage trade funds and pricing.

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:

*Experience: At least 2-4 years in a similar role in the beverage alcohol industry with comparable goals and responsibilities; wine and spirits sales experience in the south Florida market ideal.
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
*Skills: You must be familiar with the three-tier system in the on- and off-premise environment and be able to demonstrate numerical and analytical acumen to identify sales opportunities.
-Humility: Has thirst to learn and grow personally and professionally. Seeks to genuinely understand others’ perspectives.
-Entrepreneurial Mindset: Takes a creative approach to work with a bent to questioning the status quo.
