SUMMARY: In charge of a wine storage facility in the Dallas metro area. Vinum 55 features wine storage with concierge service focused on the service needs of wine collectors. We conduct weekly wine tasting events for our clients, offer inventory services, delivery, sell wine and perfect cellar storage. There is opportunity to advance with a growing, dynamic company with multiple locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
An Aim to Please Approach is required, with emphasis on Customer Service Skills
- Sell wine storage lockers and wine to potential clients
- Locate and source specific wine requests from clients
- Coordinate and execute wine tasting events with wineries
- Coordinate member events within our Tasting Room
- Manage financial aspects- invoicing and billing all services rendered and wine purchased
- Oversee all aspects of the cellar and it’s organization
- Oversee and manage your assistant cellar manager
- Provide Inventory Reports to customers as required, with great attention to detail.
- Maintain and monitor storage facility.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work occasionally performed in a 55 Degree Wine Cellar
- Must be capable of lifting 40 pound cases of wine with ease
- Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

PROBLEM SOLVING REQUIREMENTS:
- Wine knowledge and sales experience preferred
- Ability to sell our goods and services easily
- Ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively
- Ability to make decisions in various situations and receive direction from immediate supervisor in non-routine situations
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedules
- Ability to work without supervision

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Wine knowledge or training is preferable.
- High School Diploma required, some college/university a plus.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Must be proficient in the English language (Reading and Writing skills).
