We are looking for an individual who is gracious and hospitable with guests, and who is teachable and thoughtful but also comfortable bringing new ideas to the table. An ideal candidate will continue to grow in knowledge and expertise to become an ambassador for Pepper Bridge Winery.

Duties of the Tasting Room Associate will include but are not limited to: sales, providing engaging and informative tasting experiences and tours of our production facility, table service for private tasting experiences, preparing the tasting room for opening and closing, promoting wine clubs and events, answering phones, scheduling appointments, attending monthly meetings, packing, and shipping.

The Associate will also need to comply with state regulations for alcohol and food service (MAST permit and Food Worker Card required once hired).

Our ideal candidate will be available a minimum of Friday, Saturday, and Monday. Other weekday hours possibly available.

Requirements of the position:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Required to work event weekends
- Required to lift and move product weighing up to 50 pounds
- Required to engage in frequent walking and standing
- Experienced in writing simple correspondence to guests
- Proficient computer skills—able to problem solve, use POS systems, and Microsoft Office

Tasting room or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
