THE CRAFT COCKTAIL BARTENDER POSITION:
Our Craft Cocktail Bartenders are specialists behind the bar, from making our featured cocktails and requested cocktails to knowledge about the spirits we showcase. Growth for motivated bartenders who want to move into lead bartender and managerial roles.

CRAFT COCKTAIL BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare specialty cocktails and mocktails for patrons
Prepare, mix and put together cocktail syrups and batches from scratch
Interact with customers, take orders, sell beverages and tapas style food
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations; help customers navigate our craft liquor selection
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails; prepare batches
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS:
Have an eye for detail and cleanliness, motivated, dependable, solid work ethic, organized
Proven experience as a bartender with craft cocktails and able to handle high volume situations
Willingness to learn new skills and business specific processes
Understand and embrace the team concept
Experience making craft cocktail syrups/batches
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Able to safely lift and easily maneuver inventory/trays of food/glasses
Able to read guests and their needs and know when to interact and when to back-off; make every guest want to return
Understand and value the importance of excellent customer service
