Rosmarino Osteria Italiana is currently seeking CHEF to join its team!
This will be a full time position. All candidates must share our enthusiasm for artisanal food and have a desire to learn more. A successful candidate will also work well as part of a team and approach tasks with diligence and an attention to detail in order to meet our high standards. Candidates must have a basic understanding of cooking and must be comfortable working in a small Osteria environment. At least one year of kitchen experience required. Knowledge of artisanal fresh pasta production is a big plus but not required.

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

Food Prep & Lunch and dinner service
Follow recipes & Chef instructions
Completing shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with Chef Dario
Maintaining sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies within working area
Following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, ensuring corporate and OSHA safety standards are followed.
A successful candidate must be:

At least 18 years old.
Able to lift and carry 60lb.
Able to work independently.
Able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
Flexible with working hours.
Required Experience:

At least 1 year in a kitchen environment .


Salary position & paid vacations are offered to very good workers who can demonstrate good level of professionalism after a period of 9 months of works.
