High-end fine wine & spirits store is seeking full-time help for the position of Product Specialist. The right candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in retail Liquor/Wine, provides friendly customer service in a fast paced, physically demanding role, efficiently processes high volume transactions on a computerized POS system. A successful candidate must be a skilled communicator with a diverse customer base to ensure that each consumer has the best possible shopping experience.

Requirements:
Solid product knowledge, particularly of liquor & wine
Suggestive selling to meet customers needs
Assist cashiers when necessary.
Carry customers order to their vehicle when necessary.
Maintain floor displays.
Rotate and stock products.
Able to work a flexible schedule - which may require weekends, evenings.
Reliable transportation.
Demonstrates ability to multi-task and manage own time. Adjusts priorities, productivity, efficiency and speed based on needs and conditions of department.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as cooperatively within a team.

Understands and follows through on verbal and written directions
Stocks, rotates and faces products with attention to product quality and expiration dates.

Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day

Ability to climb ladders and lift 55 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
