Bartender is a front of the house position that requires high levels of customer service, anticipation of guests’ needs, accuracy, and menu knowledge. This position is to ensure that our guests in the lounge are given the best dining experience possible, consistently. Must be able to follow recipes to create consistent cocktails based on our specs. Bartenders manage their own bar area as well as work with the team to provide this experience.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Daily completion of opening, transitional, and closing task lists
• Work with the FOH team including servers, hosts, and bussers
• Have close working knowledge of ABC laws in regard to service
• Engage guests and create an experience for them
• Use the PosiTouch System/Toast to place and manage orders
• Maintain the cleanliness of bar and lounge
• Create a unique environment at the bar that fosters repeat guests
• Create consistent cocktails based on our specs
• Gain an extensive knowledge of our menu
• Manage timing of guests’ food to enhance their experience
Minimum Requirements
• 1 year experience preferred, not required
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to communicate efficiently
• Night and weekend availability
Pay Range
• Bartender pay begins at $2.13/hour plus tips.
