Fine-Dining, Fast-Paced restaurant in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with at least four years experience.


Cost control and operation procedures of all Food and Beverage areas
Recruit, train, supervise and termination of staff
Create weekly FOH schedule
Responsible for service of dining and private events
Setup and break down organization timing with kitchens
Train new employees: steps of service - run orientation and provide materials
Train use of POS system
Make sure inventory of general supplies and provide info to Director of Operations
Complete weekly daily and weekly management reports
Follow all legal requirements are followed including, wage/hour and federal , state or local laws for food safety and alcoholic beverage consumption and sale are met
Greet guests and oversee service to insure quality stays at high standard - attention to detail is a must
Promptly address guest complaints and advises the Director of Operations about corrective actions taken
Approve invoices
Maintain in depth records of special events, food covers and daily volumes
Audit weekly time cards
Create and establish relationships with business vendors
Serve as manager on duty
Occasional china, glass and silverware inventories
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
Must have supervisory experience
Must be able to create and motivate a team
Strong knowledge of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, sales and marketing
Qualified candidate must have a minimum 4 years experience working in a similar location (fine dining, upscale restaurant).
