Best Wine Purveyors, a dynamically growing central Westchester wine and spirits store invites applications for full-time or substantial part-time sales associate positions. We are a distinctive, highly customer service-oriented business. Our clients enjoy a blend of old world attention with a relaxed, modern sensibility in a spacious atmosphere with a curated product selection.

Open almost eight years, we have made the cut to finalist in Westchester Magazine’s ‘Best of’ wine store category every year we have been open and won the category in 2018! This is a great environment to further grow your wine knowledge.

Wine knowledge and retail wine experience are required. Applicants will be tested on their wine knowledge. Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, strong customer service skills and be open to learning.

The ideal candidate:
- is an outgoing person with strong communication skills
- will be comfortable greeting and assisting customers; show confidence and ease when serving at our wine tasting bar and using the point of sale technologies
- has wine knowledge required for the job
- must be able to lift and carry 35 lb. wine cases, will check-in deliveries, put away stock cases and shelve bottles
- is proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- can work varied hours including a mix of weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- must be at least 21 years of age

Salary is commensurate with experience.
