Under minimal supervision, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Digital Marketing and National Brand teams in day-to-day operations by coordination of digital efforts across brands such as content syndication, brand digital asset management, community management support, and e-commerce digital shelf enhancements and upgrades. This position assists with merging consumer and brand insights to give tactical support to the Digital team.

Provides day-to-day management of content syndication platform, including utilization, platform optimization and vendor relationship management
Facilitates manual content delivery and updates to non-syndicated platforms, as needed
Evaluates standards and processes for content updates and helps develop new ways of working
Deploys and maintains digital shelf optimizations and assets on all e-comm channels, from brand launch to sunset
Serves as day-to-day lead for retailer’s e-commerce support
Addresses internal requests for content updates and management
Fulfills internal and external wine photo requests and tracking through to delivery
Assists with the build, management and organization of the Digital Asset Library and Sales Portal
Manages ratings/review platform and provides community support
Responsible for following through and supporting on new initiatives and provides updates to key stakeholders throughout the project management process
Identifies digital trends and growth opportunities
Works on special projects as assigned

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required
Emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration preferred
2+ years of directly related experience
Digital Marketing experience required
Wine Industry experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
A self-starter, detail oriented, and results driven attitude
Able to work within a team environment and build cooperative and collaborative relationships with those inside and outside the department
Advanced computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook 
Photoshop and other image editing platforms
Experience with navigating in Internet/Intranet environments, Google Analytics, Digital Campaign Tracking Services and Social Media
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, VinSuite or other website content management platforms a plus
