Non-Exempt Position, Union Shop
Shift Hours Vary Tuesday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – Completion of run (10-hour shifts) with flexibility to
work additional overtime on Mondays and Saturdays as required

Position reports to: Operations Manager

Position Summary:
• Loads product and confirms proper items and quantities to customer invoice(s)
• Assists Driver during all deliveries
• May perform a driving function based on licensure and assignment
• Performs other duties as assigned related to the requirements of the job
Requirements & Attributes
• Must pass drug screening and will be subject to random drug screening
• Must have the ability to obtain a CDL B permit within 45 days of employment
• Must obtain a valid CDL B license within 181 days of employment
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds at a time, continuously, and greater than 75 pounds occasionally
throughout shift
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
• Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
• Tolerate hot or cold weather conditions
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Must have average math skills and possess good communication skills
• All employees are required to complete the required OSHA training
Any person hired will be required to become a member of the Teamster Union and remain a member in
good standing for the length of their employment.
Must complete 120 work-day probationary period.

Pay and Benefits
• Starting pay $22.25/ hour
Driving Rate is $24.65 / hour until 120 working days then $25.65/hour
• Medical, Dental, and Vision through Union
o 15% employee cost share; maximum of $57.00 per week
• After one-year, paid vacation, personal and sick days
