Truck Helper

Position summary
- Loads product and confirms proper items and quantities to customer invoice(s)
- Assists Driver during all deliveries
- May perform a driving function based on licensure and assignment
- Performs other duties as assigned related to the requirements of the job

Requirements & Attributes
- Must pass drug screening and will be subject to random drug screening
- Must have the ability to obtain a CDL B permit within 45 days of employment
- Must obtain a valid CDL B license within 181 days of employment
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds at a time, continuously, and greater than 75 pounds occasionally
throughout shift
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
- Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
- Tolerate hot or cold weather conditions
- Handle or manage tools or equipment
- Must have average math skills and possess good communication skills
- All employees are required to complete required OSHA training

Any person hired will be required to become a member of Teamster Union and remain a member in
good standing for the length of their employment.

Must complete 120 work-day probationary period.

Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay $18.00 / hour
Driving Rate 18.00 / hour
- Medical, Dental and Vision through Union
- 10% employee cost share
- After one year, paid vacation, personal and sick days
