Encouraging all driven and passionate individuals who are looking for an opportunity in the world of wine and spirits to call on, direct, and service on/off-premise accounts throughout the Colorado Springs territory.
Responsibilities & Duties:
We’ve included a list of responsibilities and duties for each Sales Representative to be successful not only within our company but also within their territory, and the industry as a whole.
Call on and manage designated accounts:
-Establishing professional relationships
-Physically visit accounts; sell to/service accounts (per Covid social distancing requirements)
-Communicate offers, deals, promotions
-Conduct staff training (on hold per Covid social distancing requirements)
-Process orders; manage collections
-Ensure delivery accuracy
Demonstrate consultative sales abilities:
-Promote new and existing portfolio items
-Expand business in assigned and new accounts
-Develop beverage lists, by-the-glass and cocktail programs, email, floor, and newsletter programs
General responsibilities:
-Execute supplier market days (on hold per Covid social distancing requirements)
-Organize, manage, communicate route sheets, market transitions
-Organize and present sales and quota results to District Manager/Director of Sales
-Meet and exceed assigned monthly revenue goal, quotas
-Other responsibilities as assigned
Hours:
Work flexible hours to include mornings, evenings, and weekends. Additional hours will be required during the peak season of October, November, December. Be physically present in territory 9am – 6pm Monday-Friday, and additionally as assigned. Adhere to company policies in regard to paid time-off.
Qualifications & Skills:
-High School Diploma/GED; college degree preferred
-One+ year of industry-related sales experience within distribution, hospitality, or supplier fields
-Business math proficiencies
-Software and technology proficiencies
-Wine and spirits knowledge
-Requires dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of state registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record
-No prior felony convictions or DUIs
-Lift and carry 35+ pounds
-Twenty-one+ years of age
