Roederer Estate family of wineries in Anderson Valley is looking for high energy, passionate hospitality individuals to work the tasting rooms. We have shifts available at Roederer Estate, Scharffenberger Cellars and Domaine Anderson.

JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate will have experience delivering outstanding customer service, sales oriented and versed in the history of Anderson Valley. This essential team member works as an integral part of our team of Tasting Room Sales Associates executing daily activities at the Tasting Room and helping to promote and grow Tasting Room sales and the wine club.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop positive relationships with customers and deliver a memorable experience
• Operates cash register, credit card transactions and POS terminal accurately and efficiently
• Participates and assists with special events both onsite and offsite

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and success-driven
• Outgoing, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile
• Able to work within a team environment
• Available to work most weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be over 21, able to lift 50lbs, and stand for extended periods of time

We are looking for full and part time positions with a competitive compensation structure, including commissions, gratuities, wine club signups, and quarterly bonus program.
