Description

Sarene Craft Beer Distributors is looking for a sales representative in Eastern CT/Rhode Island to join our ever-expanding team! As a strictly craft focused, independent wholesaler, at Sarene you will work with and represent some of the best craft breweries in the country. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career in sales/marketing/logistics, as Sarene continues to expand and grow.

The sales representative is expected to be self-motivated and accountable for the success of the territory assigned, as well as adhere to the standards and protocols of Sarene Craft Beer Distributors.

CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN TERRITORY

Duties & Responsibilities

Visit and meet with accounts on a weekly basis to take orders and monitor product levels
Ensure quality standards and proper product storage are being met at account level
Meet/exceed sales goals set for assigned territory
Build account base and open new business
Manage accounts receivable and ensure all customers are up to date on invoices due
Attend and manage festivals, tastings, promotional events, etc.
Build awareness for Sarene’s brands through staff sales trainings, tastings, etc.

Education & Experience

College Degree preferred
Sales experience in the beer/beverage industry preferred
Clean driving record
Must have a reliable car that can be used for travel to accounts within territory
General interest/enthusiasm in the craft beer industry a MUST
