We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated candidates for our Atlantic Sales Director position covering CT, NY, NJ, DC, VA, WV & PA. Can be based in New York, Northern NJ or Downstate Connecticut. The job requires a significant amount of travel to meet with distributor management, present and educate at distributor sales meetings, work with distributor sales reps and establish relationships with chain and independent key accounts both off and on premise. This position reports to our Eastern Division Manager.

Responsibilities include:
• Working directly with our distributor management teams establishing pricing, building and implementing creative programming, launching new products and working together to achieve case and distribution goals for both off and on premise
• Distributor inventory analysis to ensure sufficient levels to achieve goals
• Marketing and expense budget management
• Preparing and conducting business reviews with distributor senior management while establishing a strong partnership focused on working together to build our priority brands
• Minimum of three days per week spent working in the market calling on key accounts both with and without the distributor sales team
• Weekly success and monthly market reports
• Organize and manage both trade and consumer events when our winemakers are in the market and on your own

• Strong knowledge of the three tier alcoholic beverage distribution system including full knowledge of distributor pricing structures
• Minimum four years of experience in the wine industry preferably with experience working with large distributors in the Central United States such as Frederick Wildman, Empire Wine Merchants, Winebow, OPIC, and RNDC
• Experience working the primary markets with existing key account relationships is preferred
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a dynamic team environment while working remotely
• Proficient in problem solving with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Power Point
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management is preferred or equivalent beverage industry sales experience
• Possess a current driver's license
