We are looking for a seasoned pro who wants a company to believe in and a company who believe in them. We are in perpetual growth mode, selling multiple brands across various price points. We are looking for that very special person who can help us build truly national brands. We aren’t done growing, and we may not ever be. We are looking for someone who can leverage their experience to be an impact player for us. We are collaborators and are looking for a team player.


o Develop the portfolio by actively working the market with distributor sales teams
o Cultivate relationships with distributor partners and key accounts across defined regional territory
o Develop the portfolio by actively working the market with distributor sales teams
o Work directly with on and off-premise customers
o Conduct wine presentations and educational seminars, including, but not limited to in-store tastings and wine dinners
o Travel regularly to maintain visibility in each market
o Set, manage, and drive monthly, quarterly and yearly brand goals including, but not limited to distribution, shipments, and other sales activities
o Manage pricing using depletion allowances
o Review and approve bill-backs and depletions
o Create, negotiate, and monitor innovative promotion strategies and programs in a timely manner to effectively grow market share and increase revenues
o Achieve and exceed company goals and objectives
o Provide insights on marketplace dynamics, opportunities, and challenges facing the business to the vice president of national sales on a timely and regular basis


• Minimum of five years industry-related sales management experience
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills
• Results oriented
• Strong negotiator
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the highest level of integrity
• Track record of goal attainment and successful distributor management
• Thorough knowledge of the wine industry, including the three-tier distribution system, competitive brands, channel marketing, sales and market trends, and viticulture and winemaking practices
• Charismatic storyteller, both written and verbal, that can present to both large and small audiences
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and proof of insurance
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and independently to complete priorities
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, and stand for multiple hours at tastings or similar events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related sales software such as Diver
Credentials such as CSW, WSET Level 1, CWE a plus
• Experience with VIP software, preferred
