Gonzalez Byass USA is seeking a dynamic and bilingual sales professional to work closely with our team, our distributor partners, their teams and customers to develop the sales of our Mexican and Spanish spirits portfolio within the multi-cultural channel and the general market. Spirits industry and multicultural channel experience is required. Home based, in Texas or Southern California.
• Reporting to the Regional Sales Directors, work in partnership with our internal sales organization, the sales organizations of our distributors, key accounts and trade advocates to deliver established goals by market. Sales goals will be defined in depletions (9 Lt cases) and distribution (accounts sold)
• Focus primarily on California, Texas, Florida, New Mexico, Illinois Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New Jersey and New York. The primary focus will be the Multicultural channel (Mexican, Spanish and Asian channels), but as well within the general market
Experience Required:
• 3 to 8 years of sales experience in spirits
• BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
• Strong experience in the multi-cultural channel with proven results and commercial initiatives
• Strong spirits knowledge and culture
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Zoom and MS Teams
• Good understanding of commercial data: Nielsen, Compact, Diver
