Founded in NYC in 2012 by President/Brewmaster, Rich Buceta, SingleCut Beersmiths has grown into a renowned 30k+bbl regional brewer. The brand focuses on intensely aromatic hop-forward ales, traditional lagers, and all things Rock ‘N Roll.

Position Summary

The New England Sales Representative will work with the SingleCut and Craft Collective teams to continue the “home market” position of SingleCut in New England, building and strengthening relationships with accounts, acting as a local spokesperson for the brand, developing and executing sales plans with Sales Management Teams, and overseeing sales growth in the market, with a specific focus on Massachusetts, with Rhode Island and Maine as secondary markets.

This position will be employed directly by Craft Collective (MA-based company) and report directly to both the SingleCut Sales Director, and the Craft Collective Management team.


-Participate in SingleCut and Craft Collective sales meetings/goal sessions (weekly and monthly)Create and submit monthly health reports to each distributor rep, highlighting growth or loss accounts and strategies for growth.
-Maintaining monthly goal recaps with the SingleCut Sales Director.
-Focus on creating new placements and further developing/deepening relationships with current placements.
-Overseeing Key Acct relationships and monitoring Key Acct touches with the sales management team.
-Actively monitor and participate in meeting annual and quarterly sales goals.
-Complete and submit daily activity logs Via VIP KARMA
-Maintain a daily 10+ account touches
-Oversee monthly events and activations designed to reinforce the brand, including festivals, tastings, and on-prem activations.

-Liaise with SingleCut Sales Director and Distribution Manager to ensure timely and efficient product releases and healthy distributor inventory levels. -Active involvement in marketing and brand direction at a corporate level.
-Regular travel outside Boston Metro region required.


This position is part of the Craft Collective sales team and reports directly to the Craft Collective Sales Director and President, with additional reporting to the SingleCut Sales Director.

Required Qualifications

-2+ years of sales/sales management experience in the beer industry, preferably craft beer at the supplier or wholesaler level.
-Natural ability to understand taste trends and forecasting market shifts.
-Positive, team-focused, supportive work style.
-Ability to encourage and foster diverse ideas and invest in outside the box thinking.
-Comfort working in a fast and continuously evolving work environment.
-Approachable and professional demeanor.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient in G-Suite, Encompass and VIP applications a plus.
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
